🔥 Afrobeat Blast – Move to uplifting Afrobeat hits from Burna Boy, Davido, and more, with fun choreographies that make you smile, feel good and shine. Led by Kwaku, our Afrobeat Dance Fitness Instructor.
🎶 RnB Flow – Feel your inner fire and groove to 90s and 00s RnB classics with easy to follow choreographies that make unlock your inner power. presence and moves. Led by Sherisse, dancer, activation leader, and women’s empowerment coach.

This self-love affirmation circle is a safe, uplifting space where you’ll be led through powerful affirmations and intention-setting to help you reset your mindset, boost your confidence, and reconnect with your inner strength.
