A Heart-Opening Experience for Couples
This Valentine’s Day we’re inviting couples into something deeper than chocolates and reservations — an experience of tenderness, soul-level connection… where presence becomes love and love becomes healing.
Rooted in the Kundalini Yoga tradition, we’ll weave breathwork, mantra, gentle movement, and the power of Venus Kriya — a sacred partner practice that includes intentional eye-gazing and synchronized postures.
These practices dissolve self-consciousness, deepen trust, and awaken the magnetic field of devotion between you.
You’ll learn to see one another more clearly, stay grounded while opening emotionally, and experience intimacy as sacred, mindful, and deeply connected.
As the heart softens and the room settles into a shared rhythm, the practice gradually flows into a 30-minute sound meditation with multiple gongs and crystal bowls, woven together in gentle, resonant layers. The vibrations move through the body, inviting release, supporting nervous-system repair, emotional integration, and deep rest. Many describe it as dreamy and spacious — a state where clarity, sweetness, and renewal naturally arise.
We’ll close with silence, gratitude, and a simple blessing. Yogi tea and light refreshments will be served.

• BYO Bring what you need to feel cozy- yoga mat, yoga blanket, cushion, dress in loose comfortable clothing. If you must eat prior, keep it light.
