MICRODOSING DANCE RITUAL - EMBODIED CONNECTION - CONSCIOUSDATING

your inner aliveness in a safe and conscious way?
Are you curious about relating from self-love, authenticity, and embodied
awareness?
For this Valentine’s edition, we invite you into a gentle dance ritual focused on connection, sensuality, and conscious presence. Inspired by global celebrations of love, this evening offers space to meet yourself and others from a deeper, more embodied place.
Whether you come with a long-term partner, a new love, a first date, or
on your own, you are welcome as you are. This experience is as much about meeting yourself, as it is about meeting others.
Iskra will guide embodiment and connection practices from her Embody
Peace dance practice and her Temple Arts approach, inviting awareness, softness, and authenticity in movement and relating. These exercises are simple, accessible, and always invitational, allowing each participant to choose their own level of
engagement.
A ritual atmosphere will be created to support stepping out of daily life
and into a space of presence and sacred attention. The focus is not on performance or achievement, but on feeling, deep listening, and allowing what
wants to emerge.
A microdose of magic truffles is offered in a safe and intentional setting to gently support the journey. The effects are subtle and mainly felt in the body, such as relaxation, heightened sensitivity, and openness to music and movement. Participation is optional and always your own choice.
The evening flows into an Dance journey, musically guided by DJ Samaya with a special sensual selection of downtempo and deep, immersive beats, inviting you
into connection, flow, and embodied expression.
Practical information
This ceremony combines microdosing, guided embodiment practices, and
Ecstatic Dance. After a short introduction, participants are invited to take a microdose of magic truffles in a ceremonial and supportive setting. It takes approximately 30 minutes for a microdose to be felt. During this time, we will explore breathing, grounding, and gentle physical exercises to prepare the body and nervous system.
The practice then unfolds into guided movement and dance, gradually flowing into a Sensual Ecstatic Dance space.
All practices are fully clothed, consent-based, and invitational. There is no
obligation to pair up, touch, or engage in any specific way.
No prior experience with dance, embodiment, or microdosing is required.
Your guides:
Samaya, a.k.a. Steven Truijens, is a DJ and music adventurer based in the Netherlands who is dedicated to weaving the finest selection of electronic world fusion music. Samaya founded the YouTube music channel, Shivelight, and saw his DJ sets gathered prominence on YouTube, gaining millions of plays and opening avenues for him to present his unique journeys to dance floors. With overtones of psychedelic and ethereal music, Samaya creates journeys in a variety of sounds, including ecstatic dance, psychedelic, downtempo, world bass, sensual and high energy electronic music.
Having played at many events and festivals across Europe, as well as being a resident Ecstatic Dance DJ at Odessa Amsterdam, Samaya is now expanding his reach to lands far beyond to spread those Shivelight flavours.

Iskra Bela, a.k.a. Branka Zgonjanin, is Amsterdam based dancer and choreographer, artist-shaman, eclectic herbalist and teacher-activist. As an artist, she collaborates closely with plant world and creates artworks which are hybrids of herbalism, performance-ritual and deep ecology. As a herbalist, Branka grows permaculture medicinal plants garden in Amsterdam and makes remedies, healing cosmetics, natural healing lubricants, Yoni steam blends, etc, which she offers under brand “Iskra’s Herbal Alchemy”. Iskra presented her artistic, herbal work and ceremonies at festivals, such as Gardens of Babylon, Landjuweel, Georgie's Wundergarten, Tantric Bliss, Intimacy festival, Natural High, etc. As a teacher-activist, she is a on a mission to teach as many people as possible the wisdom of plants, natural healing and embodiment.
