Join Gaia for a 2-hour experience designed to help you reconnect, reset your nervous system, and expand the heart through the powerful combination of contrast therapy and heart-opening Yin yoga.

We’ll begin with a guided contrast ritual using the hot tub + cold plunge to awaken your body, clear your energy, and bring you fully into the present moment. (Cold plunge is always optional.)

After the contrast experience, you’ll be guided into a slow, deeply grounding heart-opening Yin yoga practice to invite connection and expansion at a deep cellular level — not through words, but through presence.

We’ll close with a short sound integration savasana using crystal singing bowls to help your body absorb the benefits and leave you feeling more present, more connected, and with more capacity to meet life with an open heart.
