9:30 AM - All Levels HIIT Workout

A fast-paced, high-energy workout using just your body weight to build strength, endurance, and power. This HIIT class combines short bursts of intense movement with brief recovery periods to get your heart rate up and deliver a full-body burn—no equipment needed. Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or level up.

11:00 AM - Zumba

Get ready to party yourself into shape! This exhilarating, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ will move YOU!

Hang out after class to check out the Wellness Pop-Ups featuring health-focused product sampling by brands.

Classes are free and open to the public. Registration is required. Bring water and a workout mat. Event parking validation for attendees is available for $15.

*Event elements and details subject to change. Event will be held rain or shine. If it does rain, fitness classes will be moved to a covered area.
