Hello Bulldogs!

Remember those nights meeting up at Merchant and Main the day before Thanksgiving? The dance parties at Stars? Or the days when hanging out actually required meeting up in person? We are part of the best generation—the one that knows the value of real, unfiltered human connection. We grew up in movie theaters and know that nothing beats the energy of communal laughter and the connection of a shared experience.

It’s been a while since we all got together, and let’s be real: with social media, we stay "connected" to the people we want to keep up with. But scrolling through a feed isn't the same as sharing a glass of wine and a great story.

I created Napa Valley StreamFest with my business partner, Juliana Folk, because the traditional film festival model wasn't keeping up with how we consume content today, and as a Director and Producer, it was frustrating. So we built a home for Podcasts, Series, Films, and Social Content right in the heart of Downtown Napa.

When so many Vaca High friends came out to support our launch last April, we realized this was the perfect setting for a non-traditional, non-awkward reunion.

Why is this better than a standard reunion? We’ve all been to those reunions where you spend the first hour fielding the same "So, what are you up to now?" questions at a loud bar. At StreamFest, we’ve removed the "grind." No lines, no rushing, and no awkward small talk. We’ve created an afternoon meet-up just for VHS Alumni on Saturday, April 25th in between a full day of programming.

I’m inviting the classes of '94–’00 (basically everyone I went to school with, but feel free to invite other classes too) to join us. Come support a female-founded non-profit, watch something that inspires you, and let’s make some new memories together that aren't just "likes" on a screen.
