Reconnecting with Your Inner Child: A Visual Creative Arts Workshop

This two-part workshop is an invitation for adults to slow down, get curious, and find your way back to yourself. No art experience necessary. Through gentle journaling, guided reflection, and hands-on creative art-making, you’ll begin to peel back the layers of who life has asked you to be and begin rediscover who you actually are underneath it all.

Please note: this is not therapy. This is a creative and reflective experience designed to support self-exploration in a warm, welcoming space.

The two sessions are designed to build on each other. Each evening opens something new, and attending both is part of the journey. Come curious. Leave with something you didn’t expect.

This is for you if:
You’ve been feeling disconnected from yourself, from your creativity, from the version of you that exists outside of everyone else’s needs.

Cost : $100 per person (covers both sessions and all necessary art materials)
