Join V12 Yoga for A Taste of Teacher Training, a free class designed to give you a fun, inspiring glimpse into our 3-month immersive training experience. Whether you’re exploring the idea of a 200-hour Teacher Training or simply looking for a unique class with variety, connection, and depth, this experience is for you.

You’ll get a quick taste of many of the practices, teachings, and experiences we explore in our full training — all centered around the yoga you already love.

And here’s the beautiful part: more than half of our graduates complete the training for themselves, not because they want to teach. This journey is just as much about personal growth, confidence, self-discovery, and authentic living as it is about becoming an instructor.

If you are interested in becoming a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered Instructor and learning how to lead effectively, attending this class will also make you eligible for added incentives toward tuition for our Authentic Living = Powerful Life Teacher Training, beginning August 14, 2026.
