In this half-day workshop, I'll show you how I actually run my Vistage practice with Claude as a chief of staff: drafting email, prepping for one-on-ones, researching prospects, managing my Notion workspace, and handling the operational tax that eats your week.

• A working setup on your own machine using Claude Cowork, Notion, and your inbox
• Three or four specific workflows you can use Monday morning
• A clear read on where Claude earns its keep and where it doesn't

In-person, hands-on, built for operators. Bring your laptop.
NOTE: We will be using the paid version of Claude and the free version of Notion.com. Come with accounts to both setup. I'll be using the Claude Max plan, but any paid level will work. I recommend a Business or Max plan.
