About this Event
Who will use the tool? How will they access it? What will they use it for? These are all questions organisations need to consider before creating a digital or data product.
Finding the answers to these questions often needs to go beyond asking for anecdotal evidence from members of your team or asking your most loyal clients – you need to ask the right questions to the right people.
On this interactive, half-day workshop, our trainers will talk you through the key principles of UX and why it’s important. They’ll show you how to interview users and use these insights to create personas – considering users' needs, motivations and pain points. They’ll then take you through an exercise to help you lead user needs workshops within your organisation.
“A welcoming space which attracted interesting people, provoked insightful conversation, and left me feeling inspired!” – Savena
This course is for individuals working with data who are seeking guidance in effectively engaging their audience. No expertise in design is required. This is a friendly and supportive workshop that will encourage you to discover and try approaches to user needs analysis .
