Enjoy this intimate, fun-filled all level, all age long yoga retreat weekend amidst the quaint, yet vibrant artsy Bella Vista neighborhood in downtown Philadelphia -
Yoga classes, group Reiki sessions, meditation, music & sound baths, aroma therapy, workshops & lectures, insights and soul searching, culinary delights, walking, dancing, art, shopping, exploring and connecting . . .
The two dinners will be at nearby restaurants, with at least 50 different choices of all types, flavors, nationalities and price ranges in comfortable walking distance. We’ll choose each night by popular vote.
Recharge body, mind and soul in 3 joyful, mindful days . . . Friday - Sunday.
Hotel/AirB&B or in-house shared/ communal Accommodations at the studio (on 3 floors) for those staying overnight. It’s essentially a Slumber Party in the Studio (w option of sleeping under open sky, including in a hammock, with view of the Philly Skyline). . . . breakfast, lunch and refreshments are included for all. Dinner and cocktails are a la carte.
