About this Event
Join us for the (first ever!) Urban Form experience — a curated 1-hour yoga /pilates inspired sculpt session set in a carefully selected loft space. Tailored to bring together movement, energy, and connection, this intimate gathering offers a more elevated, form-focused approach to fitness, including a curated goodie bag :)
🖤 What You Need to Know
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in — doors will close at the start of the session
- Mat and water will be provided — just bring yourself and a towel
- All levels are welcome, with modifications offered throughout
- Comfortable activewear recommended
- Limited spots to keep the experience small and intentional
- A curated goodie bag will be included

📸 Photos/videos may be taken, and we will be hosting a little photo shoot with attendees to celebrate our first event!
