The Inaugural Uptown Live Street Festival in Chicago’s historic entertainment district is kicking off Friday September 19th through Sunday September 21st. This is the first street festival of this caliber for the Uptown neighborhood which will set the stage for world class entertainment including live music performances from global and locally recognized bands and DJ’s food and much more.
Upon entering the festival there will be a suggested $10 donation at the gate each day to support the event and Uptown Chamber of Commerce neighborhood initiatives. These suggested donations will help fund future special community projects initiatives and events including Uptown Live 2026.
Uptown Live will take place rain or shine unless severe weather conditions warrant the event to pause or close for a day. Gates open Friday September 19th at 5pm until 10pm; Saturday September 20th from Noon to 10:00pm; and Sunday September 21st Noon to 7:00pm.
