Come along to an informative evening to hear from the amazing Niki Bezzant; a writer, speaker, journalist and author focusing on health, wellbeing and science. She is the author of #1 bestselling menopause book, This Changes Everything: the honest guide to menopause and perimenopause and 2024’s The Everything Guide: Hormones, health and happiness in menopause, midlife and beyond . You will also hear from a panel of beautiful local wāhine who have been through menopause and come out the other side and from those who are going through peri menopause - what’s helping and what’s not! So bring your sisters for an informative & fun evening and go away feeling supported, equipped and empowered in your journey.
This kaupapa will be:
- Hosted at - St Mary's Church, 132 Taniwha Street, Glen Innes
- Held on - Tuesday 30th September, 6.30pm - 8pm
- Lead wāhine will be - Rachel Robinson from St Mary's Parish
All Mana Wāhine Week spaces are reserved for those who identify as female. This helps us protect the purpose of the kaupapa and create safe, empowering spaces for wāhine.
