About this Event
Have you ever wanted to learn the basics of upcycling and patch making? This workshop is for you.
Join Alterist designer UIIBA Club for a 1-hour introduction to hand sewing — designed to help you start looking after your wardrobe and repairing your clothes.
You’ll begin by learning three simple hand stitches, then put them into practice by creating your own patch from scrap materials. It’s easy to follow, beginner-friendly, and a practical way to start doing more with what you already own. No experience needed, just enthusiasm.
Your ticket also includes a hand sewing starter kit to take home (embroidery hoop + fabric, needles, embroidery threads, and patch-making materials), so you can keep going beyond the workshop.
