Join Us for our last full menu takeover by Alberto and Alejandro Rodriguez, formerly of The Wolf's Tailor and Brutø respectively. Now operating their own concept, Dos Caras. The name meaning “two faces” and represents their union. The iconography is a derivative of Michoacán ancestral masks as well as chiles and maíz ubiquitous to Mexico .
Their inspiration draws from ancestral Mexican cuisine with maíz at the forefront of their menus. Their utilization of ingredients native to the Americas allows them to create a unifying experience beyond borders.
