Learn to teach children's yoga using creativity, mindfulness, connection, storytelling, music, nature, acro yoga, art and movement! Shakti Kids Yoga offers this hybrid online and live course to help you become a confident and creative children's yoga teacher! This weekend training focuses on:
- Meditative fun art projects
- Integrating songs and chants
- Yoga and mindfulness games
- Meditation and relaxation
- Creating a container for conscious community
- Empowering and collaborating with children while holding space for a powerful uplifting fun experience
- Connecting children with their peers though partner and group poses and activities
helping children unite with their parents through family yoga

- How to design and implement flexible class plans
- Business of kids and family yoga, knowing what works and what doesn't

This training includes 18 hours of live teaching Friday - Sunday, and 17 hours of online content that can be completed on your own time. Training with Liz Shakti, WYLD, E-RYT500, RYTT and expert guest teachers.

Sat / Sun, Feb 1 + 2, 9 am - 6 pm
This weekend training can be used for 30 hrs. of Continuing Education for YA, or 35 hrs. can be put towards a 95 hr. YA Certification Program to become a Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher
