UO PDX SOJC's Evening with the Masters

Join us in person as we celebrate our graduates, see standout Master's work from the year, and connect with alumni and friends of the SOJC.

5:00 - 6:00 PM | Greetings, Awards, Speeches

The evening begins with a gathering of all Portland SOJC programs in the Innovation Building Event Space (Commons, Room 300). Grab some hors d'oeuvres, drinks, and mingle between programs. We'll continue the hour with greetings from our faculty, announcement of awards for the Best Capstones from each program, and a few words from select speakers.

Afterward, each program will split into its respective spaces and continue the night networking and celebrating each other's works.

Split Programming

• 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM | Multimedia Storytelling's Showcase & Critics' Choice Award (Auditorium, Room 121): Students have the opportunity to submit their works to be shown during the showcase and considered for the Judges' Award (1x) and Critics' Choice Award (1x).
• 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM | Strategic Communication's Networking and Celebration with Alumni (Commons, Room 300): Come join our current students, our graduating students, and our returning alumni in celebrate our students as well as the the soft-launch of our Alumni Group!

Getting here:

The Innovation Building is located on the corner of NE 27th St and NE Holman St (2811 NE Holman St, Portland, OR 97211). There is a parking lot that leads to the university. Look for the Oregon Duck statue, and the Innovation building will be on the right.
