Unwind - Yoga and Breathwork at Project Revive!
This class starts with a 30 minute slow yoga flow followed by 30 minutes of breathwork - the perfect combination to help you unwind and find calm.
No experience is needed.
Blankets are provided for the breathwork but feel free to bring your own and maybe a pillow, whatever will make you most cosy.
