About this Event
Unwind is evening retreat to reconnect with your breath, body, and creativity in a different way.
We begin by landing, meeting each other where we’re at, and creating a space that feels safe, open, and real. From there, we’ll drop into a 45-minute A holotropic-style breath practice - holotropic meaning moving toward wholeness. This practice helps shift your state and bring you deeper into your body, emotions, and subconscious - opening space for whatever is ready to move. After, we’ll take time in shavasana to rest and integrate. From that place, we’ll move into intuitive painting, a creative, freeing way to process what’s come through and let it express beyond words.
You will be held in a sober, conscious space rooted in nervous system support, creativity, honest self-expression that values authentic connection.
