Unspoken – A Cacao Circle for Discussions About Life, Loss, Death, & Dying

Unspoken is a gentle, intimate gathering that brings people together over ceremonial cacao to open space for the conversations we often carry quietly—about life, loss, death, and dying.

Together, we will share cacao and sit in a warm, non-judgmental circle to explore our thoughts, questions, stories, and feelings around life lived, endings, grief, love, and what it means to truly be alive. This is not a workshop, teaching, or therapy group. There is no agenda and no expectation to share—only an invitation to listen, reflect, and speak from your own experience if you feel called.

Whether you arrive with something heavy on your heart, quiet curiosity, or simply a longing for deeper connection, you are welcome here exactly as you are.

This circle is for anyone who feels drawn to gently bring voice to what so often remains, Unspoken.

Registration is per date and required for each session individually. You’re welcome to attend one date, several, or all of them.

🕒 Time: 7-9:30pm

📍 Location: My Home in Nepean (Ottawa). Address will be provided after registration.

💲Exchange: By Donation - Minimum $5. Your contribution helps cover the cost of the ceremonial cacao that will be served.

I am currently a Death Doula Candidate with the Home Hospice Association, deepening my education and devotion to compassionate end-of-life care. This training has profoundly shaped my understanding of what it means to hold space with tenderness, presence, and reverence. Inspired by this work, I felt called to offer this container as a way to gently open conversations around life, loss, death, dying, and to create a supportive space where we can all explore, reflect, and connect with greater intention.

This gathering is offered in Nepean at my home. The closest major intersection is Greenbank/Huntclub. The exact address will be listed on your ticket. You will also receive a separate preperation email with parking instructions and additional info a few days before the event. We are a cat friendly home.
