Join us for an afternoon of fabulous, funky, and fun exercise classes and help us raise money for the Breast Cancer FoundationThere are few people who's lives have not been touched by cancer... but this year that blasted disease has hit our community hard and we are rallying around several people undergoing awful and invasive treatments in the only way we know how. We are going to be UNRULY, have fun, move our bodies, have some snacks, and raise as much money as we can for the Breast Cancer Foundation.
We have a team entered in the pink ribbon walk the following day -- this event will make sure our team crosses the finish line with a spring in our steps.
What to expect:
We will start with a "fight do" class -- an energetic boxing and martial arts inspired workout to music with our very own Mira.
We will be treated to a belly dance performance by Christine and The Spirit of the Tribe - and get a chance to shake and shimmy with some of NZ's top tribal belly dancers
Finally, Nikki will bring the vibes and help us raise the roof with one of her legendary zumba classes.
This event is open to everyone and anyone. Please invite your friends and family and come on down to help us raise money for a charity near and dear to our hearts. This is an everyone event -- we know men can shake their groove thangs too, and we will have seated options for those of you who want to sit and boogie!
