As a nervous system specialist, Carolyn knows that talking ourselves out of struggles or relying solely on willpower can make things worse. That’s why she focuses on neuroscience, body-psychotherapy, and mindfulness practices to help you rediscover your innate wisdom and healing potential.

- When: Every first Thursday of each month from 5:00 – 6:30 pm, starting May 2 through Nov 7, 2024 (excluding July 4 holiday)
- Where: The Wellbeing Company (1076 S. Gaylord Street, Denver, CO 80209)
- Cost: $30 per session. Paid by PayPal or CC at the event.
- Prerequisites: Open to all levels; no prior experience needed
- Bring: Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat, if you have.
- Suggestion: We suggest you wear comfortable clothing like gym clothes that allow you to move around freely
- No registration required, feel free to attend all sessions or drop in for a one time experience!
