Unravel is a guided creative restoration experience designed for people whose work serves the community. It offers a dedicated space to pause, reflect, and release the emotional weight that often builds beneath the surface of meaningful work.
Through simple creative practices and thoughtful facilitation, participants begin to explore the experiences behind stress, frustration, and burnout, allowing them to reconnect with clarity and a renewed sense of purpose.
No artistic experience is required.
Just a willingness to pause.
