Breathwork & Movement for the Body and Mind blends restorative movement, functional mobility, and nervous system regulation tools with the power of the breath - helping you release stress, restore balance, and gently energise your body and mind.
We spend so much of our lives online - scrolling, consuming, and sitting behind a screen. I’m no different. Much of my work is shared digitally, but nothing compares to being in the same space, moving and breathing together. In person, the impact is amplified, the connection is real, and the benefits last long after you leave.
Expect a flowing, grounding experience - a balance of mindful movement, deep rest, and breathwork practices that reset your nervous system, calm the mind, and unlock more space in the body. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected - not just to yourself, but to a community of like-minded people.
