Chicago high-masking neurodivergent and neuro-questioning folks: starting in March, this is a monthly space for structured exploration of unmasking at House of the Lorde in Pilsen. Join us to stim, accommodate, collaborate, and advocate ourselves into more powerful ways of being. The series will go for 6 months and each session builds on the last, but can also be dropped into individually.
Month 1: What is unmasking?
Month 2: Feeling (interoception)
Month 3: Knowing (Neurodivergence)
Month 4: Doing (Accommodations)
Month 5: Expressing (Self-Advocacy)
Month 6: Resting
Alone, unmasking can feel scary, mysterious, or embarrassing. Together, it becomes clearer, more playful, and more possible 💐
