Diane Sotelo CEO of Sotelo Synergies has over three decades in leadership development, Diane is known for her dynamic training style, focusing on actionable strategies in leadership, emotional intelligence, and growth mindset. Diane is a recent graduate of the 2024 Lead Tucson program where her classmates voted as recipient of the Ronald Kurth Outstanding Leadership Award by the Greater Tucson Leadership Program. She is also the recipient of the 2023 SHRM-GT Leadership Award for her innovative work while employed at the City of Tucson, where she implemented leadership and educational programs benefiting 4,500 employees.
Diane serves on the inaugural Disrupt HR - Tucson committee, the Disrupt HR Phoenix organizing committe, and SHRM of Greater Tucson program committee. She holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and two degrees in Education. She is committed to coaching, learning, and developing leaders for the betterment of her community.
