About Imposter Syndrome
70% of people will experience imposter syndrome at some point in their life. In small doses, this experience may motivate and fuel us to work harder. However, for many, the thoughts and feelings associated with imposter syndrome can have a negative impact on our personal and professional life, and if unmanaged, can lead to anxiety, depression and burnout.
Led by Anna Croucher, Senior Colleague Wellbeing Practitioner, this free, practical workshop will explore imposter syndrome and its traits. It will discover the steps we can take to make it feel less overwhelming and how we can use it to our advantage.
After this session, you will walk away with lots of tools and techniques to help support yourself, as well as others in the workplace.
The sessions will take place on MS Teams and you will need a pen and paper and somewhere you can talk without disturbances.
Cancellation Policy
Commissioned by Plymouth City Council, our training is only available exclusively for those living or working within the Plymouth area. If you are not based within Plymouth you will not be able to attend this training and your booking will be removed.
