Leadership today demands more than high performance. It requires clarity, resilience and genuine presence.
Yet many traditional corporate models were not designed with women’s lived experience in mind. The result is a growing gap: according to McKinsey's Women in the Workplace Report, in 2026, women are 1.5 times more likely to experience burnout than men.
StepUp is pleased to announce its next leadership development event, Unlocking the Power of the Female Nervous System: Lead with Clarity and Presence, sponsored by Norton Rose Fulbright and delivered by Rachel Barbaro, an executive leadership coach and organizational consultant. With over a decade of senior leadership experience, Rachel brings a deep understanding of the pressures leaders face, from high-stakes decision-making to the physiological toll of chronic stress.
This session will examine how the nervous system influences leadership and provide practical tools and insights to regulate under pressure, access a grounded presence, and lead with greater clarity, confidence and influence.

Based in and around the City of Toronto, Ontario, Canada we intend to expand our network and events across the country.
