Join life coach and yoga teacher Amber Goodenough as she shares one of her favorite tools for self-healing. Amber’s classes focus on self-care, soothing anxiety and recovery from stress. She incorporates slow, methodical movement and breathwork with practical tools to help the nervous system relax and release energy built up over time.
Break free from old patterns and reconnect with your authentic joy and creativity. If you’ve been feeling stuck in cycles of chronic pain, self-sabotage, anxiety, low self-esteem, or difficult relationships, this workshop is a powerful opportunity to begin healing.
You’ll learn to repair and re-parent your inner child—the part of you that holds your deepest emotions, memories, and unmet needs from childhood. In a safe and nurturing environment, we will explore the unconscious beliefs and patterns that may still shape your life.
Through guided meditation, gentle somatic movement, and self-reflection, you’ll discover an embodied approach to reconnecting with yourself. This journey offers you the chance to heal past wounds, cultivate self-compassion, and reclaim the joy and authenticity you were always meant to experience.
Participants should wear comfortable clothing for some gentle movement, music will be played. Please bring a photo of yourself as a child, either digital or physical copies are welcome.
