About this Event
Join neighbors and community members for Unity in the Community Beautification Day, a volunteer cleanup and neighborhood improvement event focused on creating a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment in the Sterling community.
Participants will work together to pick up litter, clear debris, and help improve shared public spaces surrounding the Sterling Community Center. All cleanup supplies will be provided, including trash bags, litter grabbers, work gloves, safety vests, and access to an on-site dumpster.
Volunteers should plan to wear comfortable work clothes and closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor activity. This event is designed to be family-friendly and welcoming to individuals of all ages who want to make a positive impact locally.
In addition to the cleanup effort, the event is an opportunity to connect with neighbors, build community pride, and support ongoing neighborhood beautification initiatives. Lunch will be provided after the work is completed as a thank-you to all participants.
