UNFURL: an elemental aerial sound meditation

An elemental sound meditation experience with Luna Maye at Three Queens Yoga

Unfurl is an invitation into deep listening, where sound, breath, and the elements meet the body with quiet precision.

Guests select their experience in advance: a grounded, bolstered nest on the earth, or a softly suspended aerial silk. Two ways of receiving, each offering a distinct relationship to gravity, support, and release, while sharing a unified field of sound.

As breath slows and harmonic resonance fills the space, the body begins to soften. The nervous system unwinds. Awareness deepens.

This gathering arrives in celebration of Luna Maye’s newest music release, 11:11, a sonic meditation through water featuring NATURE. In honor of this work, a portion of proceeds will be directed toward water conservation efforts.

• 6:45 PM – Doors open, arrive and settle
• 7:00 PM – Experience begins (doors close promptly)
• 8:15 PM - Experience ends; integration begins for a 15-min soft landing/arrival back

Please allow yourself ample time to arrive and get settled so the container can begin together.

• Cozy attire (pro-tip: fuzzy socks are an A+ addition!) + Filled Water Bottle
• Optional personal items for comfort: Eye mask and/or extra layers/blanket

• This experience is offered in two formats: grounded (floor) or aerial (silks), selected at time of booking
• Guests are requested to arrive well-fed, digested, clear, and present, honoring the shared space
• Please remove your shoes prior to entering the practice room
• No prior experience with sound meditation or aerial practice is necessary
• Tickets are final sale and non-transferable
