About this Event

Understanding your Unconscious Patterns in Love Relationships - Experiential Psychodrama Workshop

Do you find yourself repeating the same stories? Relationships that don't work out, but deep down you know it is not just because of the other person.

Does it feel like there is something inside you that repeats relationship patterns, as if there was no other way?

We internalise relationships from a very young age and our adult relationships have the flavour of the first ways we have learnt to relate. Of course, all this is unconscious and it feels as if your current feelings are truly related to the people you meet in the here-and-now.

In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to:
- see with clarity the unconscious roles you bring to each new relationship

- understand where these patterns come from

- experiment with developing new ways of relating
