Clinicians will leave with a clearer framework for case conceptualization and practical tools they can confidently integrate into sessions.

Learning Objectives

Participants will:

• Identify the five logical-reasoning themes that contribute to obsessive thoughts.
• Explain the role of the Obsessional Story and its connection to the Vulnerable Self Theme.
• Differentiate between reasonable doubt and obsessional doubt.
• Implement Reality Sensing techniques to support clients in managing OCD symptoms.
• Evaluate the appropriateness of Inference-Based CBT when developing case conceptualizations.
