Cozy up with some winter cocktails that will lift your spirits! In this class, students will use delicious hot beverages…in cocktails! Four cocktails will be demonstrated, and everyone will get to make two of their choosing. The class includes a brief history of cocktails and alcohol, a tutorial on proper use of bar tools and their origins, plus a welcome beverage and light appetizers.
