Let's warm up with some winter cocktails that will warm your hands and your heart. In this class, students will use delicious hot beverages...in cocktails! Four cocktails will be demonstrated, and each student will have a place to make two of their choosing. Class will feature a brief historical account of cocktails and alcohol, a tutorial on proper use of bar tools and their origins, as well as a welcome beverage and light appetizers.
