Welcome to this 1.30 hours Buddhist Philosophy Workshop - Understanding Impermanence & Letting Go.

Monday evening, July 13th, 2026 from 7:00pm-8:30pm

This workshop will be given by Lobsang Yeshema

This is a reflective workshop that explores one of the heartful teachings of Buddhism, the truth that everything is constantly changing. Through gentle discussion and guided contemplation, participants will learn how attachment to things, people, and expectations can lead to suffering as well as how cultivating awareness and acceptance can bring greater peace.

This workshop also offers practical insights to help you embrace change, release what no longer serves you, so you can live with more clarity and inner-peace..
