Join Naheed Amjad-Minhas the chair of IFVPC & Senior Expert Prevention at IslamicFamily and Nour Abdul-Rahim, the Research & Content Developer at IslamicFamily, for the launch of the online training course on Understanding Coercive Control in Immigrant Families.

This online course provides learners with a comprehensive understanding of coercive control, including its definitions, steps, unique factors for immigrant families, tactics, and how to recognize red flags.

The Coercive Control course is a continuation of Understanding Family Systems in Immigrant Communities.

This course is made possible through the work of the Immigrant Family Violence Prevention Committee (IFVPC), in partnership with IslamicFamily, and Community Initiatives Against Family Violence (CIAFV).
