Welcome to this 2 hours Buddhist Philosophy Workshop - Understanding About Non-Self.

This workshop will be given by Lobsang Yeshema

This is a reflective workshop that explores one of the heartful teachings of Buddhism, the reality of all phenomenas. Through gentle discussion and guided contemplation, participants will learn how understanding Non-Self can help us to reduce our negative emotions as well as how meditation on it can bring greater peace.

This workshop also offers practical insights to help you embrace change, release what no longer serves you, so you can live with more clarity and inner-peace..
