Founder Focus Hours – Kick-Off Event

Founder Focus Hours is a relaxed, collaborative evening for founders, future founders, and small business owners who want to grow ideas that matter — and help shape a programme designed by founders, for founders.

This event is run by Underdog Crew Studios, in partnership with Startup Networks and Essex County Council, and marks the official kick-off of the Sentrepreneur Programme.

The Sentrepreneur Programme is funded by Essex County Council and exists to support neurodiverse, disabled, and underprivileged founders as they grow and scale their ventures. Whether you’re at idea stage or already running a small business, this is your chance to get involved from day one.

Why attend?

This session is all about co-creation. We’re inviting founders into the room to help us design a startup support programme that genuinely works — practical, inclusive, founder-led, and future-proof.
