The hands-on fun continues with eco-friendly arts and crafts, including painting ceramic turtles and shells, building take-home coral reefs with pipe cleaners and playdough, making slime, and creating their own phytoplankton catchers.Participants can even get involved in citizen science by making a Secchi Disk to monitor water clarity!
The program wraps up with a lab visit to observe microscopic ocean creatures and updated ocean animal designs, plus access to the Marine Discovery Centre after the session.
