Youth Mental Health First Steps – Bunbury Workshop🌟 Part of Youth Week WA 2026
Are you a young person aged 14–18 who wants to better support friends who might be struggling with their mental health?
Join us for a free, one-day workshop designed and co-led by local young people with the support of WA Mental Health clinicians.
You’ll learn:
✅ How to recognise when a friend might need help
✅ Safe and supportive listening skills
✅ Looking after your own wellbeing and setting boundaries
✅ Where and how to connect someone to professional help
At the end of the day, you’ll receive a certificate of completion and be recognised as a Youth Mental Health Ally — someone equipped to make a positive difference in your community.
