Why do some people thrive under pressure while others feel overwhelmed? Can stress really be contagious? Most importantly, can we control it?
About this Event

Drawing on cutting-edge research from his lab, Dr. Jaideep Bains will explore how our brains manage stress in three surprising ways: control (how we regulate it), adaptation (how we adjust over time), and social transmission (how stress spreads between people). Along the way, he’ll reveal what these discoveries mean for our daily lives and point to strategies that could help reduce the harmful effects of chronic stress.

Whether you’re curious about brain science, looking for practical insights, or just wondering why stress feels so hard to shake, this talk will change the way you think about your mind under pressure.
