About this Event

UNBOUND — February: Release & Surrender

A Cinematic Healing Workshop

February continues the Unbound journey with an invitation to soften, exhale, and gently release what no longer serves you.

Where January focused on naming the weight we carry, February opens space for letting that weight move. This in-person cinematic healing workshop centers surrender—not as giving up, but as an act of care, truth, and self-respect.

Participants will experience curated scenes from Blues Born of Fire, a poetic film inspired by Nina Simone’s Four Women. Through guided reflection, somatic awareness, and ritual, we explore how release shows up in the body, the heart, and the stories we tell ourselves.

Each month offers a distinct experience. Returning participants will engage the film through a new emotional lens, while first-time attendees are gently guided into the work with care and clarity.

What to Expect
  • A warm, intentionally held space
  • Curated film scenes from Blues Born of Fire
  • Guided reflection and journaling

Sharing is always optional. Presence is enough.

Who This Is For

This workshop is for women who:

  • Feel ready to let something go
  • Are navigating emotional transition or inner shifts
  • Are drawn to reflective, creative healing spaces
  • Want to experience film as a mirror for inner work

No prior attendance is required. Each workshop stands on its own.

February Experience

February invites you to practice release without force and surrender without shame. You are not required to arrive whole—only willing.

What to Bring
  • A journal (or one will be provided)
  • Comfortable clothing
  • A willingness to soften

Come as you are.
Release happens in its own time.
