About this Event
UNBOUND — February: Release & Surrender
A Cinematic Healing Workshop
February continues the Unbound journey with an invitation to soften, exhale, and gently release what no longer serves you.
Where January focused on naming the weight we carry, February opens space for letting that weight move. This in-person cinematic healing workshop centers surrender—not as giving up, but as an act of care, truth, and self-respect.
Participants will experience curated scenes from Blues Born of Fire, a poetic film inspired by Nina Simone’s Four Women. Through guided reflection, somatic awareness, and ritual, we explore how release shows up in the body, the heart, and the stories we tell ourselves.
Each month offers a distinct experience. Returning participants will engage the film through a new emotional lens, while first-time attendees are gently guided into the work with care and clarity.
