UNBOUND — January: The Weight We Carry
A Cinematic Healing Workshop
January marks the opening of Unbound, a 12-month cinematic healing journey designed to support reflection, release, and sacred self-reclamation.
This introductory in-person workshop invites participants into a gentle, grounded space to pause, breathe, and acknowledge the emotional and spiritual weight they may be carrying—often silently.
At the heart of the experience is a guided screening of Blues Born of Fire, a poetic film inspired by Nina Simone’s Four Women. Through curated reflection, somatic awareness, and ritual, participants are invited to witness their inner landscape with compassion and curiosity.
This is not a lecture or performance.
It is a guided experience—slow, intentional, and deeply human.

January Introductory Pricing
January is offered at a special introductory rate as the launch of the in-person Unbound series. Returning participants are welcome, and each month offers a new lens and experience—even when revisiting the film.
