This is a space to explore the liberation of the spirit through movement, dance, and embodied awareness. A space for shedding old skins and reconnecting to what feels true and alive in you. It’s one of those offerings that’s very close to my heart. Beneath the layers of conditioning, beyond the stories we carry, there is a place of deep knowing, fluidity, and freedom—an unbound soul waiting to be fully expressed.
In this workshop, we will explore movement as a gateway to awakening a deeper connection to ourselves and the present moment. A space to listen deeply, to follow the wisdom of the body, and to move from a place of authenticity. We open to a state of presence where movement becomes meditation, prayer, and creative unfolding.
Suitable for all who are drawn to movement as a path of self-discovery, healing, and transformation.
Emma Roberts has spent over 30 years immersed in the fields of movement, embodiment, and spiritual inquiry. Her extensive training and experience as a movement and drama therapist, 5Rhythms teacher, performer, and interfaith minister have all fed into the evolution of her own body of work, Shaping the Invisible. At the heart of her work is a deep trust in the body as a gateway to presence, healing, and connection—with self, others, and the sacred. She holds space with creativity, clarity, and care, inviting others into authentic, embodied experience.

Sous nos conditionnements, au-delà des histoires que nous portons, se trouve un espace de savoir profond, de fluidité, de liberté – une âme libre qui attend d'être pleinement exprimée.
Durant ces deux jours, nous explorerons le mouvement comme une porte d’entrée vers une connexion plus profonde avec nous-mêmes et l’instant présent. Une invitation à écouter profondément, à suivre la sagesse du corps, à laisser émerger un mouvement authentique. S’ouvrir à un état de présence où le mouvement devient à la fois méditation, prière et expression créative.
Ce stage s’adresse à celles et ceux qui ressentent l’appel du mouvement comme chemin de découverte de soi, de guérison et de transformation.
Emma Roberts évolue depuis plus de 30 ans dans les domaines du mouvement, de l’incarnation et de la quête spirituelle. Sa formation approfondie et son expérience en tant que thérapeute par le mouvement et le théâtre, enseignante de 5Rhythms, artiste de scène et ministre interconfessionnelle ont toutes contribué à l’élaboration de sa propre approche : Shaping the Invisible.
Au cœur de son travail se trouve une profonde confiance dans le corps en tant que porte d’accès à la présence, à la guérison et à la connexion — avec soi-même, avec les autres et avec le sacré.
