Umoya
Umoya is guided by clinical psychotherapist and breathwork facilitator Nadinne Dyen working in collaboration with Ngaio (DJ) to hold a transformational space with the breath and music.
Elemental Rhythmic breathwork a modern breathwork style grounded in ancient pranayama practices combined with modern electronic music from the continent of Africa. The practice is often described as dynamic and highly transformative where you will experience a cathartic release, deep letting go moving into a deeply peaceful and transcendental space accessing parts of yourself you may never knew existed.
The session is two hours and your will experience:
