About this Event
We extend a warm invitation to the San Francisco African American community to join us and our partners the 3rd St Youth Clinic, United Allied Health, Umoja Health, and PRC for our next UMOJA Health Access Point Pop-up! We are dedicated to empowering our community by providing comprehensive, wraparound services for African American youth and families.
In addition to our Umoja HAP partners, this health street fair is done in partnership with the San Francisco Department of Public Health and Wise Health.
What’s Happening:
- Sexual Health Education: Informative sessions to promote awareness and empower healthy choices.
- STI Testing & Counseling: Confidential services for your peace of mind and wellbeing.
- Mental Health Navigation: Specialized support for navigating mental health challenges.
- Substance Safety Resources: Overdose prevention services and substance abuse recovery support.
- Clinic Services: General health screenings, vaccinations, and consultations.
- Employment and workforce Support: Guidance on career pathways and opportunities for skill-building, career growth, and development.
- Various health Education Programs: Throughout the day, engage in workshops covering a range of health topics.
