We are so excited to partner with Umma Fitness, our favorite pre- and postnatal-friendly workout studio, for a special Mama et Bébé community class!
This event will be hosted at Umma Fitness and led by a certified pre/postnatal instructor. The class is open to all mamas — including expecting mamas — and babies are absolutely welcome. Whether you’re newly postpartum, pregnant, or simply looking for a supportive space to move your body, this class is designed with you in mind.
Come move, connect, and hang out with other mamas in a warm and welcoming environment. This is more than a workout — it’s community.
✨ What to Bring:
- A comfy blanket, Doona, or baby carrier (whatever feels best for you and baby so they can relax nearby)
- Water
- Yourself and/or your little one 💛
