The Spring Equinox marks the moment of balance — equal light, equal dark.
A threshold between what we’ve carried and what we’re ready to grow into.
This evening is designed for grounded emotional release.
A space to soften, exhale, and let your body process what words sometimes can’t.
We’ll begin with gentle restorative shapes to settle the nervous system, move into guided reflection, and close with an immersive sound bath to help you release and reset.
You don’t need to come in feeling “good.”
You just need to come as you are.
