Gold Standard Inclusive Tour:
Each tour ticket purchase (single or dual) will receive travel to & from Grand Rapids, Michigan & Houston, Texas via a luxury charter bus. On board refreshments, snacks & boxed lunches will be included during the chartered portion of the trip only. Prior to the game the tour guests will embellish the experience of “Turned Up Tailgates” to include local Houston BBQ, side plates & refreshments. All tours are BYOB, no alcohol of any kind will be provided, but it is allowed.
Each paid tour guest will receive one (1) game ticket when entering the stadium. Your stay will be in a private King or Queen hotel room in 3-star accommodation based on your tour package purchase (single or dual). Each guest will receive a custom tour t-shirt, a Detroit Lions grab bag, one raffle ticket for an amazing piece of custom Lions memorabilia, ability to join the podcast for interviews or Q&A sessions, stadium sign making station at the hotel including all supplies, tips to the drivers, parking fees & tolls included.

An optional package is available for purchasing two (2) tours together called "Dual Tour.” The Dual Tour option will include sharing a king, queen, or double queen room with another paid tour guest. You will receive a discounted rate for purchasing this tour. Please inform the organizer if you require one (1) bed or two (2) beds for your stay with purchase of the "Dual Tour" listed separately on the Eventbrite site. You will not be able to change your room to a single private room later when purchasing the “Dual Tour” reservation.

The Journey Begins:
The “Fan Possible 2024" Detroit Lions Bus Tour has ensured that every detail is taken care of, setting the stage for a memorable road trip across the nation. The bus tour kicks off from Grand Rapids, Michigan, on Friday, November 8th at 6 pm. Fans will gather to embark on this thrilling journey to NRG Stadium! We will board the luxury coach promptly by 7 pm.
Your adventure will be equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable ride: plush seating, on-board entertainment, reclining seats, ample legroom, charging ports, an on-board restroom, room for an overnight bag, and additional storage for each rider below deck. Size restraints are those of an airplane policy.
Luggage:
If you have the need to bring oversized luggage, please contact the organizer ahead of time to ensure there will be room. All tour guests are allowed to bring one duffle or backpack size (14”x18”x8”) on board and one carry-on size (14”x22”x10”) bag below deck. Each tour guest will be allowed one (1) camping style chair that is foldable and easily stored. To fit everyone’s luggage, tailgate & event supplies. A list of items for tailgating will be sent to all tour guests 45 days before departure to minimize overpacking. Each guest can pick an item from the list they would like to bring to help with the tailgate experience (cornhole, tables, tents etc.)
Refreshments / Charter Lunch & Snacks:
Refreshments provided include bottled water, a mix of sugar-free, caffeine-free, regular soda options, and juices. Snacks include chips, pretzels, cookies, crackers, and fruit. Two (2) boxed lunches per person each way (with options for ham, turkey, roast beef, and gluten-free upon prior notice) will be provided, along with napkins, plates, and handwashing options.
On-Board Entertainment and Activities:
As the bus rolls out of Grand Rapids, the festivities begin. The Rocked ‘On Podcast Network team will be on board, capturing video and pictures, hosting interactive Q&A sessions, and even a live podcast. Season highlights or movies will be shown via on-board TV, and trivia & other board or card games will keep the energy levels high. Fans will have the opportunity to participate in discussions about the Lions' season, share their predictions for the game, and win exclusive Lions merchandise through raffles.
Rocked ‘On Raffles:
One raffle ticket is included with your paid tour for a special piece of Lions memorabilia, sponsored by Pro Sports Zone, Livonia Michigan . Additional raffles will be held throughout the tour, with ticket purchase options available in cash to the organizers. All raffled items too large to bring will be available for pickup at Pro Sports Zone immediately following the tour. You may opt to pay for shipping if needed.
Midway Driver Switch & Rest Stops:
The luxury coach driver will switch about halfway into the tour at a predetermined location, giving the tour a 45-minute break for restrooms, fast food options, and stretching. Two additional stops of up to 30 minutes each will be planned along the way. Due to driving conditions and traffic, these stops may not be possible to maintain DOT regulations for the driver.
Quiet Time: We will encourage quiet time while traveling between 12 am – 6 am to allow passengers to sleep. Noise-cancelling earbuds or earplugs are recommended for those needing more rest.
Arrival in Houston:
We plan to arrive in Houston on November 9th by 1PM CST (subject to change). The tour includes 3-star or better hotel accommodation. Fans will be able to check into their rooms and get ready for the evening. Incidental costs for your stay must be paid by you at check-in, (ranging from $50 to $350 per trip). You are welcome to explore Houston on your own or continue with the group activities.
Superfan Meet & Greet:
Fans should gather in the lobby by 5:45 pm for dinner or the superfan meet & greet, where food & drinks will be available. This event is usually hosted by other superfan groups, and we will be collaborating with them. The charter bus may be able to drop us off and pick us up at a scheduled time & location, subject to DOT restrictions, we may use an alternate method of travel.
Turned Up Tailgate:
The tailgate lot at NRG Stadium opens five (5) hours before kickoff. The organizers will set up the tailgate; volunteers are welcome. We plan to leave the hotel by 1 pm for a tailgate experience via the charter bus or alternate methods of travel. Tour fans will enjoy a grand tailgate party with music, food, BYOB drinks, Houston BBQ, side dishes, games, raffles, and more. Hosted by: Rocked’On Podcast Network.
Exclusive Game Experience:
The highlight of the trip is the game itself, where all tour guests will have group seating to witness the Detroit Lions take on the Houston Texans. The “Fan Possible 2024" Detroit Lions @ Texans event includes one game ticket per paid tour fee (dual tour includes 2). Optional gameday experiences may be available for additional purchase later. If all required deposits are in by June 15th, securing fifty (50) seats together is possible. Otherwise, the group is planned to be separated into smaller blocks of 6-18 seats in similar sections around the stadium. All seats will be similar in value and location.
**Tickets are almost sold out, if you want to join this trip, you absolutely cannot wait to get your security deposit in.
Post-Game Celebrations:
Win or lose, the celebrations continue after the game with a post-game gathering at the hotel, local bar/restaurant, or other venue in Houston. Rocked’On Podcast Network will wrap up the event with a live podcast, interviewing tour guests and capturing the essence of the trip and the spirit of the fans. All post-game food & drinks will be the responsibility of the individual tour guest.

Event Booking Fees Deposit:
Eventbrite is set up to make the full payment only, it cannot be split into multiple invoices per their system defaults. By participating in the “Fan Possible 2024" Detroit Lions Bus Tour, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, conditions, notices & rules:
Assumption of Risk:
Participation in this event involves inherent risks and dangers, including but not limited to travel-related incidents, personal injuries, property damage, and unforeseen events. By purchasing a ticket, placing a deposit, or joining this event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation and agree to hold the organizers harmless from any claims or lawsuits, regardless of fault or negligence
Release of Liability:
Rocked’ On Podcast Network, “Fan Possible 2024,” Will Rock, and all organizers, employees, agents, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates (collectively referred to as the "Organizers") shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, or other harm or loss to participants or their property arising from participation in this event. This release of liability applies to all claims, including those arising from negligence, breach of contract, or breach of any statutory or other duty of care.
Medical Authorization:
In the event of an emergency, you authorize the Organizers to seek medical attention on your behalf should you require it or be incapacitated to decide. You agree to bear all costs associated with such medical treatment and release the Organizers from any liability or claims related to acting on your behalf for medical care or treatment.
Behavior and Conduct:
Participants are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully throughout the tour. The Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior without refund or compensation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for violence toward others, especially those on board this tour. This event is an extension of Rocked’On Podcast Network, “Fan Possible Tours” and its Organizers, whose only goal is aiming to provide a safe and fun experience for all participants.
Weapons:
No weapons of any kind are allowed on the tour per charter policies. Should you be caught with a weapon, you will be removed from the trip at your own expense without a refund.
Force Majeure:
The Organizers are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including all, but not limited to any acts of God, natural disasters, war, strikes, failure of others (including stadium organizers, ticket merchants, hotels), or government restrictions during travel.
Hotel Accommodations:
All rooms will be booked as single king or double queen rooms for all tours booked. If you are traveling with a companion and wish to share a room, please purchase the “Dual Tour” option, and notify the organizers 60 days ahead of time with the type of bed you prefer. The “Dual Tour” option does include savings for reducing the number of rooms needed. You can share the room with a friend in a double bedroom or significant other in a king room, if they have purchased a tour. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. Single travelers could end up in double bedrooms based on availability of the hotel.

Non-Refundable Deposit Notice / Payments / Cancellation / Other Notices
Deposit Requirement:
A non-refundable deposit of $1,200 is required to secure your reservation & participation in the tour. A hold will be placed on your game ticket, hotel & charter for the event. This deposit is due immediately upon booking. The deposit does not cover the entire tour cost. You will not receive a game ticket upon booking. Once the event has met capacity, and you are fully paid with all installments, you will receive your final confirmation.
Non-Transferrable / Ticketing:
Certain game tickets cannot be transferred or re-sold per NFL policy for group rates. You will receive a receipt and confirmation of your payment but may not receive a ticket until the day of the game as the group may need to enter the stadium together. All tickets will be stored with the organizers until further notice. Due to the limited number of tickets available for group rates and group seating, the tour may be separated into smaller groups around the stadium if necessary.
Installments:
The remaining balance for this selected tour will be due in two installments after the deposit has been made. This plan ensures that all financial obligations are satisfied on time with the hotel, stadium, charter services, and other necessary services or supplies.
- Deposit: $1,200 | Due immediately & no later than June 21st, 2024.
- 2nd Payment: $1,400 | Due August 15th, 2024
- 3rd & Final Payment: $350 | Due October 1st, 2024
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel any portion of your reservation participation, the deposit is non-refundable unless the reservation is replaced with another tour guest at full price. Cancellations must be made by email to [email protected] with a minimum of 45 days’ notice prior to departure, to receive a full or partial refund. Should you cancel less than 45 days prior to departure other factors and policies will apply, including an automatic forfeiture of the deposit. Canceling 45 days in advance allows the group organizer the best opportunity to find a replacement for your reservation. In such cases that you cancel with less than 45 days’ notice, the reservation may be heavily discounted to fill the spot quickly and capture the maximum amount of refund back to you. Should you cancel with only 30 days or less till departure, you will automatically forfeit your deposit, with additional policy guidelines in place for your refund. All cancellation refunds that are potentially owed, per the policy, will be managed after the tour you purchased has been completed. This is to ensure that all guests arrive and complete the tour. Please see the examples below.
Cancellation Policy Continued:
Should you cancel your booking at least 45 days in advance, the organizer will attempt to find a replacement for your tour reservation. If the tour ticket is re-sold at full price, you will receive a full refund less any booking fees and a one-time handling fee of $100 to the organizer once the new tour guest meets all financial obligations. All handling fees are used for social media campaigns for marketing.
Should the reservation be cancelled within 30 days of departure, the deposit is automatically forfeited, unless the reservation can be re-sold at a price that includes the deposit. The organizer will heavily discount the reservation at the 30-day mark. Which means you will only receive a partial refund if a new tour guest re-purchases the reservation.
Should the reservation remain unsold within 21 days of departure. The organizer will cancel the hotel room, cancel the charter bus reservation for your seat, and attempt to sell the game ticket online (if allowed) and refund the ticket amount received, less any fees charged by a third party. If the ticket cannot be sold, you will lose the cost of the ticket plus deposit.
To re-sell the tour reservation on short notice, the tour price may be heavily discounted to establish a new reservation as quickly as possible. You, the tour guest, will not have any rights to the ticket or other reservations. Unfortunately, you will not be involved in the process of re-selling the tour reservation unless you find your own replacement. You agree that the organizers are to have full authority over the reservation to re-sell it at any cost. Should the reservation be discounted or left unsold, your refund will be affected, and you will hold the organizers harmless and free of any liability for your cancellation.
Cancellation Policy Examples:
Refunds / Discounted Re-sell / Reservation Cancellation:
#1 How much do I get back if I cancel on time? For this example, you purchased a dual tour for $2,950.00 plus $200 in Eventbrite booking fees for a total of $3,150.00. You canceled with 45 days advance notice. The organizer found a replacement tour guest at full price. You will receive a full refund less any booking fees charged by Eventbrite, including a one-time handling fee of $100 to the organizer for marketing costs on social media or other platforms. Your refund would total $ 2,8 50.00.
#2 Can I find a replacement on my own? Should you find a replacement tour guest that pays the total cost immediately or if you work out a payment plan with that guest on the side that is up to you. The Organizers will not be involved, or liable, for any agreements made with another tour guest to give your ticket away or arrangements with a tour guest to use your ticket. Please have the replacement tour guest contact us to change the name on the reservation. A waiver and notice of change must be signed and returned for the transfer to be complete. Should your replacement not show up, the entire cost of the tour will be forfeited. We would request that the ticket not be re-sold for more than the original price paid including any booking fees.
#3 What happens if the organizers must discount the reservation? Same scenario above, you paid $3,150.00 for a dual tour including booking fees, and then cancelled within 45 days. This time the organizer had to heavily discount the tour ticket $500 to find a replacement as we approached 30 days till departure. Your refund would include a loss of $200 Eventbrite booking fees, a one-time $100 handling fee to the organizer, a $500 discount to the new tour guest, for a grand total refund of $2,350.00.
#4 Swapping to another tour? Should another tour or multiple tours have seats available; your tour may be swapped one time to another tour(s). Any additional costs for the replacement tour would be due immediately upon cancelling the original tour. Should the new tour be less cost, the difference in price of the tours would be held until the original purchased tour was completed. After completion of the tour, eligible refunds would be managed less any costs, fees or booking charges. There is a one-time re-booking fee of $100 that applies to all tour swaps.
#5 Should the cancellation happen outside of the 45-day cancellation window? Should you cancel with less than 45 days’ notice, your deposit will be automatically forfeited and held. This will remain forfeited if the tour reservation is not re-sold. All other discounts, costs, fees, booking charges and one-time handling charges of $100 still apply.
Our goal is to resell the reservation, not hold back your money. We will do our absolute best to get you as much of a refund as possible. If you feel there is even a possibility you would have to cancel, please do not purchase the tour.
Non-Payment:
Failure to pay the remaining installments or balance by the due dates will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and your secured spot on the tour. Please contact us through email at [email protected] immediately if your payment is going to be late. We will do our best to accommodate, but there are no guarantees that we will be able to. Please refer to the cancellation policy for how this is managed.
Returned / NSF Charges:
Any returned payments will incur a $50 penalty per occurrence and any fees from third party may still apply. After two occurrences, your tour will be canceled, and your deposit forfeited. Please refer to the cancellation policy for how this is managed.
Refunds:
No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no shows, or any portion of the event not attended. Please see the cancellation policy for more info on how refunds are managed.
Changes and Modifications:
The Organizers reserve the right to make necessary changes to the event itinerary, pricing, tickets, schedule, or other arrangements without prior notice. Unfortunately, pricing can change until the tour has reached minimum capacity. We do our best to secure the pricing for 21 days for the initial deposit due dates. After the initial deposit date, pricing will change. Tour guests who have paid their deposit on time should not be affected. Tour guests will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation for pricing changes. Any additional charges will be due on the day of departure.
Minimum Tour Requirement:
The tour requires a minimum of forty (40) guests to meet the demand for group pricing on overnight trips. If the tour does not reach minimum capacity within 45 days of departure, the tour may be canceled or moved to another tour. If your tour is moved, you will be given the option of available tours to choose from with no additional charges or fees.
Should the tour be canceled all booking fees will be forfeited with a max value of $100 per tour guest or $200 per dual tour. There is a 4% credit card fee that applies to payments made via Stripe, and a 5% fee with Buy Me A Coffee. We do not expect this to happen, but we do prepare for all potential trip interruptions to keep all “Fan Possible” tour guests’ experience the #1 priority.
Changes To Itinerary:
You are responsible for any costs associated with changes or deviations from the tour itinerary. For example, should you deviate from the tour itinerary (e.g., flying home instead of riding the bus), you will not be refunded any portion of the unused trip, and all costs associated with your deviation will be at your expense. Should you miss the departure or return time and need to catch the bus at a different location, any travel costs will be your responsibility.
Acknowledgment:
By making a deposit, you acknowledge that all disclosures, notices, terms & conditions, and terms of service were available to read prior to making the deposit. You have read, understood, and agreed to all regulations, terms, conditions, exclusions & limitations of this Disclaimer and Non-Refundable Deposit Notices.
